Q1: Are you still shipping amidst the current Pandemic ?
A: Yes-We are still shipping.  There are currently no known delays with our shipping partners at this time.
Q2: If I place my order today, when will I receive my Hitrust Hair Extensions?
A: Orders placed during business hours before 5pm will ship the same day. This excludes custom orders and orders placed during major sales and promotions.
Q3: I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?
A: We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.
